Yolanda Ramos

Yolanda co-founded Tu Casa Cabo and runs the brokerage side of the firm. If you are thinking about selling, she is the one who will tell you what your property is worth in today’s market rather than what you were hoping to hear, and then tell you exactly what it will take to sell it.

She works in Spanish and in English, with owners who live here in Los Cabos and with owners who have not set foot on the property in years. Those are two different jobs, with different paperwork and different timing, and she has done both many times.

Tu Casa Cabo is a member firm of the shared property database that the serious agencies in Los Cabos all work from. When Yolanda lists your home, their agents can sell it too. That is the point. We do not compete with them, we complement them.
